LoadLine Truck Sourcing Terms of Service
These terms describe use of the LoadLine Truck Sourcing website and inquiry service. LoadLine provides independent buyer-side sourcing coordination. It is not a vehicle manufacturer, authorized dealer, importer of record, carrier, inspection authority, regulator, lender, insurer, or registration service.
Inquiry and supplier information
Website content and inquiry options are starting points for business procurement. A submission is not an order, reservation, offer, or acceptance. Vehicle configuration, ratings, availability, MOQ, factory identity, price, production timing, inspection, documents, freight, tax, duty, and destination services require current written confirmation for the specific transaction.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers remain responsible for reviewing quotations, supplier identity, contracts, payment terms, specifications, exact-model evidence, inspections, logistics, import, FMVSS or EPA applicability, registration, insurance, financing, and lawful operation. Family-level specifications must not replace configured-unit evidence.
Quotation comparisons
Comparisons are meaningful only when configuration, quantity, destination, Incoterm, delivery window, inspection, and document scope match. LoadLine does not promise the lowest price, a fixed saving, supplier approval, inventory, delivery date, or destination acceptance.
Content and changes
Information may become outdated as supplier programs, vehicle specifications, laws, and logistics conditions change. Use current supplier documents and qualified destination-side advice before making a purchase decision. Continued website use after updates means the revised terms apply to future use.
